Our Role
We are looking for a focused Building Control Surveyor to join our existing team to cover the Hertfordshire area working either from home, our Watford office, or a combination of both. Working on a mixture of residential and commercial projects, you will need to provide a customer focused building control plan checking and site inspection service for all our customers.
You will need
Chartered Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS or equivalent
Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
Previous in-house or external building control experience
Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
