The Position

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic building control professional to join our friendly, customer focused team.  We are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career with a leading private sector Building Control Company and who is keen to grow with the Company.  Applications are invited from candidates who are part or fully qualified.

The person

Along with your professional qualifications and experience, you will bring with you enthusiasm, drive and a common sense approach to building control.  You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to secure repeat business and recommendations.

Candidates should have previous experience of working in a Building Control Surveyor role – either for an Approved Inspector or Local Authority – as extensive knowledge of Building Regulation requirements will be needed.

CIOB / CABE or RICS qualified however part qualified will also be considered.


This role is based in South West London and Home Countries/m25 border. You will be working from the central London office with the option of partial homeworking throughout the week.
