Salary up to £50,000 including market supplement, flexible working hours, essential car user allowance and professional fees paid

The Central Building Control Partnership delivers Building Control for 6 local authorities across the midlands. A separate partnership arrangement exists for Land Charges. We are looking for an experienced, innovative and inspiring professional to lead both services in the post of Building Control & Land Charges Partnerships Manager.

This is an important role demanding a high calibre of person who can lead and show strategic
direction to two well-established and high performing partnerships.

You will be personally and professionally driven to deliver services to a high quality in a cost-
effective manner. You will be sensitive to the needs of all partners and the partnerships as a whole.

In particular you will ensure that through building control and land charges services the partnerships contribute to the delivery of sustainable places benefiting residents and the local economy.
