Senior Building Control Officer
Competitive salary package - up to £43k (pay award pending)
We are looking for a Senior Building Control Officer with a track record of developing and delivering services, or someone with the potential to grow into this role with support from us. In return we can offer a competitive salary package which includes a £4k retention payment (paid annually after 12 months service) for three years together with the option of a lease car or cash payment. You will be working in a supportive management environment that will actively encourage your professional development.

You are enthusiastic, customer focused and a fully qualified member of a relevant professional body such as RICS, CABE, CIOB (Building with the ability to work independently, flexibly and you are adaptable to change, including a potential shared service.
