You will be working as a Project Manager/Technical Advisor supporting the delivery of individual schemes for a client or working under a team leader providing a portfolio of projects to a customer. We are looking for someone that has worked in a client facing role and has experience of managing project teams of internal and external consultants.
You will also be involved in initiating, managing and delivering projects under our business management systems (BMS), establishing budgets and monitoring and controlling the financial performance of projects.
If you have experience of project management in the construction industry with the focus on delivering buildings and infrastructure schemes through all stages of the project cycle, then this could be just the role for you. This role is client facing project management of schemes that vary in value and complexity. As well as being a successful project manager/technical advisor, you will also have the following qualifications and experience:

The Buildings & Infrastructure Unit are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of Technical Advisors and management professionals in our London office. Our London team of Technical Advisors cover a wide range of sectors in London and the Southeast and has a strong track record in the delivery of public projects through major frameworks and local projects for private sector clients. This role can be offered on a full time or a part time basis.
