Principal Building Control Surveyor 

Our Company 

Stroma Building Control is a Construction Industry Council (CICAIR) Approved Inspector.  With national coverage we offer a comprehensive service to support our clients in achieving compliance with the Building Regulations. 

Our Role

We are looking for a commercially focused Principal Building Control Surveyor to join our existing team as a remote surveyor, covering in and around the London area. Working on a commercial caseload you will need to provide a customer focused building control plan checking and site inspection service, whilst providing support to colleagues and the regional manager.

You will need

  • Membership of RICS, CABE, CIOB or equivalent
  • Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
  • Previous in-house or external building control experience
  • Current valid driving licence
