£32,910 - £38,890 (salary dependent on experience and qualification)

You’ll assist in enforcing the Building Regulations and allied legislation, by providing technical building regulations support to development proposals through the Building Control process from the pre-application stage, through to completion on site. 

You’ll also be responsible for responding to dangerous structure reports and taking the appropriate action.

We are currently seeking a Building Control Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join the team. 

You'll carry plans examinations and site inspections during the build process and support all elements of the public protection function. 

You will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects enabling you to build on your existing experience, with an expectation to put our customers at the centre of the work we do.
