Location - West London (interested in candidates that can cover areas in and around Hammersmith, Richmond, Wimbledon or Kingston Upon Thames)

Salary – £40,000 - £57,000 (DOE) + a Golden Hello payment (10% of starting salary)

Our Role

We are looking for a qualified Building Control Surveyor to join our existing team as a remote or office-based surveyor, working in and around the West London area.  We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Control Surveyors with plan checking and site inspection experience.

You will need

• Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS or equivalent
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
• Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
• Current valid driving licence
