Our Role

We are looking for a qualified Senior / Building Control Surveyor to provide cover within the West Midlands region. The role will be mainly home-based, reporting into our Cannock office for team meetings and training.

We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Control Surveyors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and/or commercial projects. 

You will need

• Chartered Membership of CABE, RICS, CIOB or equivalent.
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
• Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
• Current valid driving licence
