Senior / Building Control Surveyor – West Midlands

Salary – Up to £55,000 (DOE)

Our Role

We are looking for Senior / Building Control Surveyors to cover the West Midlands area of the UK eg – Birmingham / Coventry.

We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Control Surveyors with plan checking and site inspection experience across a wide range of sectors, including residential and/or commercial projects. 

You will need

• Membership of CABE, RICS, CIOB or equivalent.
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
• Previous in-house or external building control experience
• Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
• Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
• Current valid driving licence
