The role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from early cost advice through to final account, while also supporting and mentoring more junior team members.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Contract administration and commercial oversight
- Supporting project delivery teams and contributing to the wider consultancy
You'll be given the space to lead your projects properly, rather than firefighting or carrying unrealistic workloads.
About you
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Confident managing projects and clients independently
- Comfortable working across multiple sectors
- Professional, personable and commercially astute
Chartered status (MRICS) is preferred, but strong experience and the right mindset are just as important.
