Safer Sphere is an award-winning national consultancy specialising in Construction Health & Safety, Building Safety, and CDM. We partner with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors to exceed compliance standards and develop innovative safety management strategies.

Our expanding Building Safety Team is seeking experienced consultants with experience in building regulations or building control. If you're ready to apply your skills more impactfully—advising design teams, clients, and developers to navigate the complexities introduced through the Building Safety Act 2022—this role is for you.

At Safer Sphere, you’ll work on a varied project base, including prestigious multi-million-pound developments across the UK and technically challenging projects in residential, defence, office, retail, industrial, and healthcare sectors, catering for all individuals. This is an opportunity to support clients by offering constructive compliance advice, with the reward of being an integral member of the design team rather than adapting to a regulatory approach.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in building control, building regulations or a similar field is preferred.
• Membership in MIRCS, MCABE, CIOB, or equivalent.
