If your CPD record needs updating, summer is the ideal time to get back on track.
Earlier this year, the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) launched mycareerpath®, its new platform for recording continuing professional development (CPD). The platform is now available to all members holding a paid grade of membership (excluding Retired members), and CABE is encouraging members to use the quieter summer months to ensure their 2026 CPD is up to date.
From January 2027, mycareerpath® will become the only platform for recording CPD, so members who have not yet made the switch are advised to do so well before the change takes effect.
Keeping your CPD record current not only helps you meet your professional obligations but also provides a clear record of your ongoing learning, skills development and career progression.
If you're new to mycareerpath®, CABE has published a step-by-step guide to help you get started, covering everything from accessing the platform to logging activities and tracking your progress.
Access the platform and read the guidance
here and log in to your CABE member account.
Making the move now will ensure your CPD records are up to date ahead of the January 2027 transition and help avoid a last-minute rush.
