The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the commercial management of major highways infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to final account. The role ensures that projects are delivered profitably while effectively managing contractual risk, client relationships, subcontractor procurement, cost control, and commercial reporting. Working closely with Operations, Estimating, Planning, and Finance teams, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide commercial leadership across one or more projects and support the development of junior commercial staff.
