Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a long term freelance basis. This is for a position in the North West. Candidates will be expected to be on site 2-3 days a week and have the option to work from home on the other days. Prior experience working in the Gas sector is essential. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts. Manage and process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers. Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, conditions, rights, and obligations. Report monthly on the outturn Pain/Gain (if applicable).
