We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a construction business based in Farnham. You will have the opportunity to work on largely all residential schemes, some of which will be on behalf of private clients as well as in house schemes. The developments are predominantly higher end executive detached houses built to a very high standard and with a premium finish, but with some refurbishment works also. You will be the sole Quantity Surveyor and as such you will play a wider role within a small close knit team encompassing some buying and estimating works and applicants should have had experience of both of these. The ideal person for this role will be driven, proactive and be able to drive forward the projects.
