Manage the commercial aspects of internal fit-out and craneage works across multiple blocks. Prepare and manage procurement schedules, tender packages, and subcontractor negotiations. Carry out valuations, variations, and final accounts with a strong focus on cost control. Provide commercial support to site and project managers. Work closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager on financial reporting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and client expectations.
