We are currently recruiting for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable construction company on a variety of projects Knowledge of NEC essential. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts. Key responsibilities include preparing tender and contract documents, negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers, monitoring costs, preparing valuations and cost reports, and providing advice on cost management to the project team. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing variations.
