Duties will include; -Quality checking of works undertaken by the contractors -Supervision of contractors on site, including contract admin -Keeping a site diary -Ensuring H&S guidelines are adhered to on site. -Undertake defects inspections post handover -Snagging Candidates should have experience in a similar role such as Clerk of Works, Site Manager or Building Surveyor. Should have some construction-related qualifications.
