I'm recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a really solid and growing volume-housebuilder working across the North West. They re busy with a lot of traditional-build sites focused on affordable homes, so if you're looking for a company with a strong pipeline and good job security, this is worth a look. They need someone who can confidently manage a few live jobs at once overseeing the full commercial side from land acquisition right through to final accounts. You ll be part of a commercial team, but given the freedom to manage your sites properly without micro-management.
