Senior Quantity Surveyor required for specialist care home build contractor for a 9m scheme on a traditional build basis which is due for completion circa January 2027, project is a 3 storey building, flat roof, car park and soft landscaping. Project is at stage where external envelope is complete and internals are commencing, role will be to have overall commercial responsibility for the project where you will be responsible for CVR's, tracking variations and all final accounts. You will also be involved from precontract and procurement stage for the next project in Sutton Coldfield which will be a 60-70 week programme and estimated to commence in the last quarter of 2026 which again will be a 9m 3 storey specialist care home Experience working on care home projects would be a distinct advantage but not essential, Tier 1/2 or regional SME main contractor experience working site based will be essential. Package is circa 65-75k+car allowance DOE aswell as company benefits.
