We are urgently seeking a Quantity surveyor to work for a specialist Hertfordshire scaffolding sub-contractor . Responsibilities As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of multiple scaffolding projects from contract award to final account, including: Negotiating contract terms, ensuring alignment with project scope, priced schedule, and management of commercial risk. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and all other stakeholders. Monitor project progress and rectify any obstacles that may arise, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
