Class 2 Building Inspector London/ 2 days a week on site, 3 days remote 70ph- 80ph My Local Authority client based in London are looking for a Class 2 Building Inspector to come in on an initial 6 month contract with view to extension. The council can offer a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days a week on site with 3 days remote working. All qualified Inspectors that apply will receive a call to go over this and other roles!

We are looking for a motivated and driven Clerk of Works with experience in the rehabilitation of void properties within the Social Housing sector. You will work with a team of surveyors and letting officers to assist in achieving the corporate void turnaround times. Key responsibilities include: Visiting void properties to pre and post inspect Specification write up's using schedule of rates Ensuring empty homes are let to a high standard in minimum turnaround time Manage the works process for voids, working closely and effectively with contractors and other stakeholders Monitor contractor performance both in terms of quality and value for money Use relevant IT systems to ensure that the reporting and data for the performance management is accurate.
