Quantity surveyor We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our highways team in Ipswich. The role involves managing the commercial and contractual aspects of highways projects, including preparing monthly payment applications, monitoring project costs, and supporting efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience within highways or civil engineering projects, strong commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to cost control, contract management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Working within a well established company you will work across Europe as a quantity surveyor working on data centres. Rotations can be flexible but typically look like 10 on and 4 off. Your role will involve reviewing project documents, preparing cost estimates, request supplier quotes, develop bid proposals, identify risks, collaborate with project teams and track project costs. The ideal candidate will have data centre experience and will be happy to travel across europe.
