We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong electrical background to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects. The successful candidate will ensure effective commercial control, coordinate all stakeholders involved in project delivery, and provide guidance to the commercial team and Project Directors/Managers on all commercial matters across one or multiple projects.

Working within a well established company you will work across Europe as a quantity surveyor working on data centres. Rotations can be flexible but typically look like 10 on and 4 off. Your role will involve reviewing project documents, preparing cost estimates, request supplier quotes, develop bid proposals, identify risks, collaborate with project teams and track project costs. The ideal candidate will have data centre experience and will be happy to travel across europe.
