The Senior Building Surveyor role will include: Social housing maintenance repairs and planned works surveys, damp, subsidence, structural inspections in occupied and void properties. The Building Surveyor Role will include: Post inspections of social housing maintenance repairs and planned works, damp, subsidence, structural inspections in occupied and void properties. Candidates Must Have: Social housing post maintenance and repairs surveying inspections.
