Key Responsibilities Review contract documents, bills of quantities, and tender submissions. Manage project costs, valuations, subcontractor accounts, and invoicing. Identify and manage commercial risks and contractual claims. Monitor project progress and prepare commercial reports. Re-measure projects against estimated bills of quantities.
