BMSL require an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a major food retailers Deposit Recycle Scheme for the North West region. They will be constructed either in current stores, adjacent to the stores or in the car parks. Job spec is to oversee our clients subbies who will be doing the groundworks, erection of modular units to house the recycling unit and various internal works. Our client will also have a site manager on the projects who you will need to oversee then report back into our clients operations director. The first phase of groundworks include formation of a new concrete slab approx 4.8m x 7.2m and service trenches to get power and data from the existing building, with adjustment to landscaping. The second phase of the programme will be the erection of the modular unit. We anticipate that the contractors will be on site for two weeks on each store in the region.
