JOB PURPOSE As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical projects from pre or post construction through to final account. Working closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered commercially successfully, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements. The role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with 3 15 years MEP / building services experience, who is comfortable managing commercial and industrial projects and taking ownership of project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
