M&E Quantity Surveyor An M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of mechanical and electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to final account. They work closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining commercial control throughout the project lifecycle. Typical Responsibilities: Prepare cost plans, estimates and tender submissions. Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments. Administer contracts, variations and change control. Monitor project costs, forecasts and cash flow. Produce monthly cost reports and financial updates. Negotiate final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
