M&E Quantity Surveyor An M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of mechanical and electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to final account. They work closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining commercial control throughout the project lifecycle. Typical Responsibilities: Prepare cost plans, estimates and tender submissions. Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments. Administer contracts, variations and change control.
