We are seeking a Technical Surveyor to join the Property Services team, providing expert technical support across the Southampton and South Hampshire region. This role plays a key part in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standard, while delivering a great service to customers. Key Responsibilities Investigate, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day property maintenance issues raised internally or by customers.
