Key Responsibilities Carry out regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and workmanship. Inspect completed and ongoing works against drawings, specifications and contractual requirements. Identify defects, poor workmanship and areas of non-compliance. Undertake snagging inspections and monitor the close-out of outstanding works. Monitor compliance with relevant building regulations, health and safety requirements and industry standards. Raise and record quality issues and ensure appropriate corrective actions are undertaken.
