We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver both Construction and Interior Fit out Projects within the Commercial Office, Light Industrial, Private Healthcare and NHS Sectors. Project values traditionally range from 500k up to 15 million. Projects are typically Berkshire, Buckinghamshire , Surrey, Middlesex, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire , Wiltshire & Bedfordshire The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for new build construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects . These will predominately be High- Specification Commercial Offices, Warehouses & Private Hospitals. The scope of these projects will incorporate Construction, Structural Packages, M&E and Specialist Fit Out packages.
