We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading role on a flagship residential development, in Poole. This is a multi- million scheme delivering 360 high-quality apartments over a 3-year programme. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for the project, ensuring robust cost control, value management, and financial reporting throughout the lifecycle of the development.
