Seeking a bright, indepndently capable and hard-working Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join a niche and expanding cost team (of four surveyors) within an independent PM business of c30 Project Managers in C.London. Our client has a resolute reputation within the London consultancy market. Major projects (along with others) are £180m commercial office (city of London), £45m PBSA in Southwest London, £60m PBSA in Battersea, £160m post contract in City of London, along with some smaller fit outs c£1-5m and lots of feasibility studies. Project Surveyors must be able to run a project from inception to completion including being active with measurement tasks.
