Studious Limited have been operating since April 2009 and are a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA), we are approved and regulated by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to continue providing building control services throughout the UK on all building projects up to 18m to the top floor, but we currently limit our area of operations for Domestic works to Kent, Sussex, Surrey, South East and Central London.
