We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a long-term construction project based in Welwyn Garden City. This is an excellent opportunity to take commercial responsibility for a high-value scheme from delivery through to final account. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Team to ensure robust commercial control, maximise project profitability, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
