We are particularly interested in candidates with Quantity Surveying experience or strong experience within the social housing and construction sectors . Key Responsibilities Managing costs, budgets and project finances. Preparing estimates, valuations and cost reports. Monitoring project expenditure and identifying cost risks. Working with contractors, clients and project teams. Supporting procurement and contract management. Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to the required standards.
