We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major 80m commercial/technology development in Cheltenham. The project is well underway, with earthworks and groundworks progressing and the frame currently being erected. As the scheme develops, the successful QS will take responsibility for a number of internal and fit-out packages, managing these through procurement, commercial management and delivery. We're ideally looking for someone from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor background, with strong experience managing packages on large-scale commercial, technology, industrial or similar developments.
