Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Location: Heathrow Rate: 450- 550 per day (Outside IR35) Contract: Long Term Start: ASAP We're recruiting for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a major baggage handling project at Heathrow Airport. This is a long-term contract working alongside the design and planning teams, where you'll play a key role in identifying design changes, pricing variations and ensuring commercial risks are picked up early. The Role Measure works from M&E design drawings. Review designs and identify any issues, omissions or changes. Produce accurate costings for design changes and variations. Raise and manage Early Warnings. Work closely with the Planner and Design Team to ensure programme changes are reflected commercially. Present costs and commercial information to the client.
