The Opportunity An established main contractor is seeking a capable and motivated Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a prestigious heritage waterfront redevelopment project in Portsmouth. This is an exciting long-term role on a high-profile residential and mixed-use scheme involving the careful restoration and new build of high-quality homes and amenities. You ll be working alongside a visiting experienced Commercial Manager, taking responsibility for defined work packages and cost management tasks.
