Quantity Surveyor Location: Southampton Contract: Permanent or Freelance We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a commercial kitchen installation company based in Southampton. The successful candidate will work closely with the Estimating, Sales and Contracts teams , supporting projects from tender stage through to final account. Key Responsibilities Work alongside the Estimating and Sales teams on new tenders. Prepare and manage tender packages . Coordinate with the Contracts Manager across live projects. Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment . Manage variations, project costs and commercial reporting. Attend client and project meetings. Assist with subcontractor accounts and final accounts. Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks.
