Quantity Surveyor Rochdale 40 to 55k DOE With Benefits Permanent The client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a pivotal role in the commercial management of engineering and infrastructure projects. This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, including water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear, and food & beverage industries. Requirements: Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations, final accounts, and payment certificates, ensuring all contractual notices are issued correctly Completing take offs and tracking drawing changes. Monitoring subcontract and labour costs to project margins and managing risk and supporting accurate cost control Placing or contributing to subcontract order and tenders, checking material purchases stay within allowances.
