Senior Quantity Surveyor Leading Independent London Contractor Overview An established, independent London contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver a portfolio of commercial and heritage refurbishment projects across London. Project values range from 500k to 4m , including schools, hospitals, universities, offices, and similar developments. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for full commercial control, leadership of the QS function, and direct reporting to the board.
