Our client has delivered over 200 bespoke new builds and high-spec renovations, built to an exceptional standard across Edinburgh & the Lothians. They now have a requirement for a quantity surveyor to add to the team, as they scale toward 10M+ turnover. You will step into a highly visible commercial lead role with full ownership of our live portfolio, working directly with the company directors. The Role You will act as the commercial lead across multiple luxury projects, managing numbers from contract to final account.
