Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets Monitor financial performance and ensure value for money Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contracts and procurement Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure financial control Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior QS on multi-sector projects Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes Excellent analytical and communication skills
