Guildmore Midlands & North is looking for Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial and financial aspects across assigned projects, ensuring robust profit and loss reporting through the monthly CVR process. The role includes potential line management of other Quantity Surveying resources, full responsibility for monthly budget reporting, preparation of valuations to secure timely payments, and delivery of projects in line with the company s financial objectives. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee procurement, sub-account management, commercial forecasting, and the management of commercial risks implementing early interventions and mitigation strategies as required.
