Our client, a leading Civil Engineering and Infrastructure specialist, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Manchester. Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor: Deliver accurate cost, value, and cash flow reporting to support project and business unit forecasting Manage project costs, forecasting, and monthly CVR and commercial reporting Prepare and manage applications for payment, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts Procure, negotiate, and commercially manage subcontractors and supply chain agreements Administer and manage main contracts and subcontracts (including NEC and IChemE forms) Lead commercial discussions on variations, claims, and contractual changes Identify and realise commercial opportunities while managing and mitigating commercial risk Support governance, compliance, and internal commercial reporting requirements Work collaboratively with project and delivery teams to achieve commercial and financial targets...
