Key Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports Monitor project costs and manage cost control Review tenders and negotiate supplier/subcontractor contracts Carry out site visits to assess progress and verify works Work closely with project managers, clients, and contractors Identify cost risks and support project decision-making Maintain accurate financial records and forecasts Requirements- Minimum HND in Quantity Surveying At least 2 years experience with a main contractor or subcontractor Strong knowledge of construction cost management Experience with CostX, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred Full UK driving licence required Joinery or shopfitting experience beneficial...
