GreenJobs Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Building Surveyor to manage a diverse portfolio across commercial, industrial, and some residential or heritage work. You will oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, liaising with consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery. The Role Working client-side, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects across a predominantly commercial and industrial property portfolio, with a small amount of residential and heritage work. This is a hands on role where you'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, liaise with consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered effectively from inception through to completion. What They're Looking For Strong building surveying experience, ideally within a client-side or consultancy environment, although candidates from the public sector will also be considered.
