Reporting to the Directors, you will take full commercial responsibility for 3-4 projects from pre-construction through to final account. A freelance Quantity Surveyor is required for a 18 month contract to work on a 65m Commercial refurbishment close to London Liverpool street , the role is working for a tier 1 contractor. The appointed Surveyor will be working with a Commercial lead and 1 SQS on site.
